This past weekend, I had the wonderful opportunity to return to a place that holds a very special place in the story of my life and my journey with Yoga.
When I decided to train as a Yoga teacher, it was in the middle of an existential crisis and during a trip that completely changed my life.I went to Cabo de Palos, in La Manga, Murcia.
After spending a week there, I made one of the most important decisions of my life: I left my job and began my training as a Yoga teacher.
I had already been practicing for a few years, but I never imagined that trip would become the turning point that would transform my entire path.
Since then, every October I return to this place to dream, project, and manifest what I want the next year to look like — professionally, personally, and spiritually — while also giving thanks and releasing all that the past year has brought.
And no, I didn’t have to go all the way to India to hit reset and change my life… 🌸
Coming back this year was truly special because I was able to combine some of the things I love the most: Yoga, disconnection, community, and travel.I had the opportunity to teach a class, lead mantra chanting during a cacao ceremony, and guide a workshop introducing the practice of Yoga.
🪷 Here’s a small gallery with some of my favorite moments from this weekend.A special thank you to Vanessa Vallejo and her beautiful shala Om My Soul for creating such a magical space.
Always with Love,Angiie ❤️🔥
